I got my fingers crossed for ya about the Disney thing! Any word yet, or am I horribly behind the times?
Yeah the pilot woman is good.
The Pilot Girl looks very good and professional. (although you should crop it further out, so that there aren't tangents with the frame). The cowboy is a fun character as well with good personality, although I think you could do something with the lower body to balance out the upper, like extend the legs, give him bigger shoes. Either that or go the other way and reduce his lower body to make him even more top heavy.
